His vision of enabling companies to leverage web technology in support of distributed team collaboration and knowledge delivery across an enterprise is the foundation of today's VirtualAgility WorkCenter.

Stuart E. Rudolph, President & CEO

Mr. Rudolph joined VirtualAgility to launch the VirtualAgility WorkCenters into the government, financial services, pharmaceutical, publishing, and advertising markets. Stuart has over 10 years experience focused on bringing strategic innovation to emerging technologies, building and directing sales teams, leveraging product lifecycles for maximum return, and streamlining workflows and operations at organizations including Corbis, iKnowledge, Scitex, Shira, Sony.

Ronald V. Coughlin, Director

Mr. Coughlin, formerly a partner at Booz Allen Hamilton, and Diamond Technology Partners, lends VirtualAgility his extensive expertise in business management, executive and organizational development, and corporate expansion strategies and implementation.

James G. McDonough, Director

Mr. McDonough was co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of E Team Inc., the premier provider of web-based applications in emergency management marketplace. Prior to founding E Team he served as a VP and General Manager at Perceptronics Inc. He also brings 20 years as a US Marine Corps officer to his current consulting with defense and other government contracting markets, and advising the company on strategies for government markets.

John H. Morton, Director

Mr. Morton retired as a senior partner at Hale and Dorr, LLC, where he worked with high-ranking government officials in the US, China, and Eastern European countries to design and implement legal, business and economic structures necessary to achieve democratization, privatization and economic stabilization. He has founded and held leadership roles in multiple high tech encryption, optical, plastics and chemical enterprises, and lends his broad business perspective to VirtualAgility's expansion in government and commercial markets.

Frank A. Nicolai, Director

Co-founder and former executive officer and director of American Management Systems. Mr. Nicolai also serves as a member of the Finance and Audit Committee of The American Society for Cell Biology, a non-profit organization of 11,000 researchers and educators in the US and 50 foreign countries. In addition, he is a Director of InfraSi, Inc. a firm utilizing open source code to provide high performance data storage solutions for very large organizations. Mr. Nicolai counsels VirtualAgility on issues related to operations and finance.

John A. Gordon (USAF, Ret.), Advisor

(General U.S. Air Force, Retired) served in the White House as the President's Homeland Security Advisor from June 2003 until June 2004 and as the Deputy National Security Advisor for Counter Terrorism and the National Director for Counter Terrorism from June 2002 to June 2003. Prior to joining the White House team, General Gordon was the first administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration and Undersecretary of Energy, and as an Air Force four-star general, he was the Deputy Director of Central Intelligence from October 1997 until June 2000. General Gordon lends VirtualAgility his broad focus on research and development, strategic planning, inter-governmental operations, and international negotiations.

General Dennis J. Reimer (USA, Ret.), Advisor

(General U.S. Army, Retired) was formerly Chief of Staff of the Army. An authority on the role of information sharing in disaster planning and response, General Reimer was instrumental in the development of Army Knowledge Online, a vast information portal serving upwards of one million users in the war fighter, institutional and greater Army communities. In recognition of his contributions, the Army named its digital library after General Reimer. After leaving the Army in 1999, Reimer led the National Memorial for the Prevention of Terrorism, where he developed and implemented three national programs related to overcoming barriers to effective responder collaboration and enhancing performance. Reimer serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Member of the Board of DeticaDFI.

William P. Crowell, Advisor

Formerly Deputy Director of the National Security Agency, he has served on the Markle Foundation Task Force on National Security in the Information Age, which published two landmark studies on Homeland Security. He also served six years as a CEO of Cylink Corp., a Silicon Valley public company now part of SafeNet, Inc.. An expert in information technology, networks, and intelligence systems, he adds a unique cyber-security and defense-related technology perspective, and lends VirtualAgility his extensive experience in business and government.

Kenneth R. Piernick, Advisor

Prior to retiring from an FBI career spanning 22 years, Mr. Piernick filled multiple roles in FBI domestic and international terrorism, counterespionage, criminal investigations, crisis management and interagency task force operations. Piernick was responsible for briefing senior members of the U.S. intelligence community on national security matters, such as homeland security, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, narcotics trafficking and violent street gangs. He is admitted to the Florida and North Carolina Bars. Piernick is lending VirtualAgility his advice on solutions to critical intelligence and law enforcement challenges.

Michael Anderson, Advisor

Mr. Anderson was formerly President, CEO and Chairman of Hogan Systems, prior to its acquisition by CSC, where he became a division President. During his 16 years at IBM rose through multiple field assignments to become Director of Strategy and Integration. He served as President of Nixdorf Computers North America; and at NEC as Vice President. Mr. Anderson advises VirtualAgility on issues related to business growth and development.

Patrick W. Gross, Advisor

Chairman of The Lovell Group, a private technology and business and advisory and investment firm. Co-founder and former principal executive officer of American Management Systems, Inc. Currently serves as director of a number of public and private firms including Capital One Financial Corporation, Career Education Corporation, Liquidity Services, Inc, Mobius Management Systems, Inc, and Sarnoff Corporation. Mr. Gross advises VirtualAgility on business growth strategies and on working with systems integrators in the government sectors.

Edward J. Kfoury, Advisor

During his 30-year career at IBM, Mr. Kfoury headed several divisions, including serving as Vice President, Development, IBM Personal Computer Division; head of Asia/Pacific Operations and Vice President of the Display Business Unit. He is a former Chairman of the Board of CADAM, a 3D modeling and computer-aided design software company acquired by Lockheed in 1989; and currently serves on the Boards of several for-profit and non-profit companies.
